This report draws conclusions from the interviews carried out by JRS officials in Europe to 54 immigrants and NGOs and other organizations in10 European countries. They examined the situation of those who live in abject poverty, victims of exclusion and with limited social support by the State. The forced displaced migrants to whom the residence permit to remain in Europe has been denied, do not normally return to their country, since for some of them this would imply a serious danger to their lives. Others do not have the necessary papers to travel or their own countries of origin do not accept them. Without State support they would end up in misery.
