This incredibly violent earthquake hit the city of Marrakech very hard.
Also to the provinces of Al-Haouz and Taroudant.
It is estimated that at least 300,000 people will be directly affected by the effects of the earthquake. That is why we ask you, if you can, to make a donation so that our help can cover the needs of more families affected by the earthquake.
Our local teams have been working hard since Friday night, in collaboration with our local partners, to assess the needs and define the actions to be taken in the coming days, weeks and months to help the most vulnerable.

How are our teams in Morocco helping?
- Evacuating, sheltering and assisting 33,996 people who have received emergency aid.
- With cash assistance, 13,133 people (internally displaced host families and internally displaced families with three or more children) in 12 regions of Ukraine receive it for three months.
- With the 566 families with 1,361 children that we already served through our Family Strengthening programs before the war: they receive economic assistance, humanitarian aid and counseling.
- We have created five new Social Centers where 7,409 displaced children and adults have received assistance. We will soon be launching three new centers in Al-Haouz and Taroudant.
