For a second year running  we start the Voluntary Technical Assistance, through which  some corporation employees of Accenture or La Caixa, in collaboration with Entreculturas, spend their summer holidays solving technical needs of our counterparts in Latin America.

Last year, nine people travelled to  Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Ecuador, Panama, Brazil, Colombia, Nicaragua and Guatemala, where they helped to install the management programme “Gespro” in several Fe y Alegría offices, while experiencing life in these countries, living unforgettable moments.

“The result was very positive for both sides, so this year we decided to repeat and offer another ten volunteers the opportunity to live this experience with the positive result of last year" they explain at Accenture, thanking "Entreculturas for its work, Fe y Alegría for the warm welcome they offered our professionals and the volunteers for their work and commitment".

Before travelling, the employees have access to training regarding their attitude as volunteers and their specific tasks to carry out.
