The African Jesuit AIDS Network, AJAN, has been coordinating, for the last four years, the Jesuit's work in each country in the continent. The Jesuits have a total of 150 projects related to AIDS in 22 sub Saharan countries. Entreculturas supports AJAN financially in addition to allocating specific aid to raising awareness and supporting AIDS patients in the "Parlons SIDA" project in Kisangani (Congo Democratic Republic) and in the "Solidarity, Life and Health"  Association in  Burkina Faso.

We also participated at the end of October in the first Sessions of VIH/AIDS, Development and Spanish Cooperation, held in Seville, in order to share work and learning experiences in the field with special attention to prevention, the stigma and Human Rights.
