Técnica/o Incidencia
The main functions that the person will perform are:
- Monitoring and participating in the advocacy agenda related to the causes that Entreculturas pursues alongside its partner organizations, particularly with regard to the agenda for transformative education for global citizenship.
- Participation in advocacy campaigns in which the organization is involved, in coordination with other divisions or departments.
- Participate in the development of research and studies on topics related to the right to education, education for global citizenship, migration, socio-environmental justice, and gender equality.
- Seeking funding and managing projects for the implementation of studies, research, awareness-raising efforts, etc.
- Participation in networks and partnerships; facilitating a working group for political and social advocacy.
Required Profile
- Commitment to Entreculturas’ objectives and its mission.
- Degree: Undergraduate or graduate degree in Political Science, International Relations, International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid, or Law; however, other degrees in the fields of the humanities, social sciences, or law will also be considered.
- Intermediate to advanced level of spoken and written English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Participation in political and social advocacy initiatives, processes, or campaigns.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as organizational and communication skills to serve as a spokesperson for the media and write articles related to the organization’s areas of work.
- Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities of the Intern
- Collaboration in the design, development, and dissemination of educational materials with a focus on education for development and global citizenship.
- Support for the design, planning, logistical support, and implementation of educational programs related to nonformal education (youth social participation projects).
- Support for the planning, management, and logistics of educational events, particularly the RSJ Global Gathering (April 2026), which will bring together young people from across the country and around the world.
- Support for news coverage, content creation, and the promotion of educational events through Entreculturas’ educational networks (REDEC).
- Collaboration on the management of funded projects and the submission of proposals.
Required Profile

- Analysis of information for the creation of content related to campaigns and advocacy efforts: reports, position papers, articles, and video content.
- Collaboration in the design and implementation of advocacy strategies within the Spanish Coalition of the Global Campaign for Education.
- Collaboration on training programs for young people and volunteers focused on political advocacy.
- Assistance in organizing events and activities, and representing the organization at forums, meetings, or events.
- Assistance in organizing political meetings.
- Assistance with project management tasks and identifying funding opportunities.
- Collaboration in the design of outreach and training tools featuring content relevant to individuals associated with Entreculturas in the areas of the right to education, Official Development Assistance, and global citizenship engagement.

Responsibilities of the Intern
- Support in contracting external audits.
- Support for internal audits of projects, programs, and agreements (reviewing and correcting the financial documentation in monitoring reports and preparing audit reports).
- Support in monitoring the financial justification requirements of public funders.
- Compilation of audit results and lessons learned, as well as support for their dissemination.
- Support in developing procedures related to audits. Monitoring, analyzing, and disseminating—within Entreculturas—new developments, changes, and updates regarding the accountability of grants, and promoting the implementation of relevant improvements to the procedures and practices of the organization and its local partners.

Responsibilities of the Intern
- Reporting to the Evaluation Unit, which is part of the Department of Planning, Evaluation, and Quality, the selected candidate will provide support in the following areas:
- External evaluations of interventions. Support throughout the entire management cycle of external evaluations (terms of reference, contracting processes, monitoring of methodological design and implementation, and review and analysis of reports)

Evaluación externa del proyecto “Creación de espacios seguros para el desarrollo de aprendizajes en niños, niñas y adolescentes de entornos urbano marginales en Honduras”
The objective is to conduct the final evaluation of the project “Creating Safe Spaces for Learning Among Children and Adolescents in Marginalized Urban Areas of Honduras,” which aims to improve access to education, educational quality, and the social-emotional well-being of the educational community.
The overall goal of the project is to improve opportunities for children and adolescents to build resilient, healthy, and violence-free lives in marginalized communities in El Progreso and Tegucigalpa.

Línea de base del programa “Fortalecimiento de la calidad educativa inclusiva en 12 escuelas comunitarias rurales en Guéra, Chad”
We are seeking an evaluation team to conduct the baseline assessment for the program “Strengthening the Quality of Inclusive Education in 12 Rural Community Schools in Guéra, Chad.”
The evaluation will support an initiative aimed at improving access, retention, and learning for children in rural communities, with a special focus on inclusive education, girls’ retention in school, and strengthening community-based management.

Presentation of the Technical and Financial Proposals and Evaluation Criteria
